Phillies parade a once in a life time opportunity!

I just want to say Go Phillies! I hope that they can finish it tonight and so does my mom. She doesn't like us all staying up late. Go Phillies!-Laura

Next year

Yesterday we had our first playoff game. We lost in penalty kicks after double overtime. We played well. It would have been nice to keep going, but we played hard. I am very proud of my team. Next year we will go at it again. -Laura

Tomorrow we play Gloster. It would be really nice if we could win. By winning we would take 4th place. This would give us a home game against Cumberland. We should win at least one game in the playoffs. It is very possible and that is the goal that I am putting forth. -Laura

Today it is just a Thursday that is crazy. I have soccer practice tonight/this afternoon. Dad will be putting down a new bathroom floor tonight due to a toilet leak. Right now people are getting lunch and I need to join them.-Laura

I figured it out all by myself!

So my gym bag really smelled bad. Therefore my room smelt. I now found what was smelling or in this case growing. A couple weeks ago at the Kings game I had a hoagie. I had taken off the lettuce and tomato and put it up in the paper. I couldn't find a trash can so in order to do my part to keep the earth cleaner or simply to be responsible and not get in trouble I crumbled it all up and put in my gym bag. Needless to say I forgot about it. That would be the less responsible side of me. I found it this morning. I found out the reason that they created Lysol!

We went apple picking on Saturday. Today we are having apple day for school. We have made apple sauce, apple cake, apple pie fillings, and apple muffins. My mom is going to have to wash the floors and counters and cabinets due to apple juice flying everywhere. Fun day, but I am so tired.

We won!!

We beat Kings. We were all so excited. We won 2-1. It was a very intense game. Today we play TCA. We need to win this game. We are overachieving, but that is okay with me! I am very tired. My dad is also so tired. Matthew won last night. I didn't get to see him play because I was at my game. However, I heard that he was phenomenal. Good Job buby.-Laura

Soccer

Well, We lost to Pilgrim again. This time 6-1. Not acceptable but better. Our strategy worked but didn't, if that makes any sense. Yesterday we played Calvary. We won 3-0. To marrow we play Kings. Friday we play The Christian Academy. The only team that I think that we can lose to is Gloster. I don't want to say it like this,"The only team I want to lose to during the remainder of the season is Gloster." Because I don't want to lose to them either. I think that we can beat Kings twice, TCA one more time, Atlantic twice, and Cumberland one more time. I think that it is a reasonable goal but not one that we can achieve without a lot of work and hard play. If we do our very best for the rest of the season I think that we can finish third in the league. There is no reason why we can not make the play offs and if we win all of the games that I just listed we would get third. A reasonable goal but not a easy one.
